Kasey’s path to making lotion candles began out of natural curiosity. After many nights spent honing her craft in her kitchen, she began sharing her products at festivals and markets all over the southeast. Customers began returning and sharing that the heated lotion eased their skin troubles like eczema and extremely dry, cracked skin. Upon realizing the therapeutic benefits of the product, she knew she needed to share even more candles—thus began the journey of hiring employees, renting a studio, and eventually opening her own stores. 

Over the years, Kasey's company has grown significantly, and she is proud to be selling Element Tree Essentials products all over the country, with three of her own brick-and-mortar storefronts and countless retail partnerships. When it comes to her own success, Kasey likes to refer to poet Maya Angelou, “Success is liking yourself, liking what you do, and liking how you do it.”
