At The Gregarious Goose, we want everyone to have the opportunity to experience our classes.  To make sure we can accommodate everyone who wants to take classes, we are introducing our class pre-pay registration and cancellation policies for our customers.


Seats are limited at The Gregarious Goose and we want to insure they are filled by people able and wanting to come. Payment will hold your place. Payment can be made by coming in the store, over the phone or request an invoice to be sent which will send reminders until it is paid. Payment is expected at the time of receipt.


Now you made a reservation for a class, and paid, but something comes up and you cannot make it. 

What should you do?

We get it, things come up, you do not feel well, and your kids are sick; life happens. We have limited seating and more than likely a wait list of people that would like to take the class.

Cancel your reservation IMMEDIATELY by calling The Gregarious Goose at 252-352-1450. If no one answers LEAVE A MESSAGE to document your attempt. This is the ONLY way to cancel a class.


If you call 48 hours in advance, then you will receive your choice of a refund or credit towards a future class to be used in 90 days. Less than 48 hours-24 hours you will only receive a credit towards a future class, to be used in 90 days. Anything less than 24 hour’s notice or a NO SHOW will be NON-Refundable and NO CREDIT will be offered.

In the event The Gregarious Goose CANCELS an event The Gregarious Goose will post on Facebook, and Website that the class is cancelled. No matter what the reason is for The Gregarious Goose cancelling you will be issued either a refund or a credit toward a future class that will not expire.
