About the Program

The Goslings After School Program was developed by shop owner, Alice Stallcup, for students who desire to learn more about arts and crafts while getting hands-on experience to create objects they can be proud to keep and admire or share and give away to others.

In order to appreciate works of art it is important to have a basic understanding of what it took to create the piece.

Children in kindergarten through 6th grade are invited to join!

Class Topics

Students will learn about the arts through both classroom-style instruction and hands-on experience. Each month the class will focus on a different genre of arts and crafts which may include:

Fine Art: sculpture, print making, calligraphy, collage
Visual Art: performance and installation art
Applied Art: Architecture
Decorative Art/Crafts: jewelry and mosaics

Monthly Tuition

Instructional Fee: $70
Material Fee: $20+tax

Each month includes four classes, except December which has three (tuition is prorated). The classes build upon each other and the student will bring home a final project each month, not a project each class.
