Belt Buckle Pastel Flowers from Vintage Wallpaper

Pastel pink, purple & blue florals with wee pops of greenery highlight a loose illustration style in this gorgeous pattern for spring. This handmade belt buckle gets its unique imagery from repurposed vintage silkscreened wallpaper from the 1970's. So pretty for spring with a little dash of prep.

The actual vintage paper is what Susan uses to make these one-of-a-kind buckles, so due to individual cropping they will each vary slightly.

Whimsical rectangular shaped metal buckle has soft rounded edges and is plated with antiqued nickel while the vintage paper is sealed with a durable layer of resin. Each buckle measures 2 1/2” by 3 1/4” and will fit to any 1 1/2” snap belt. Listing is just for the buckle, Belt straps listed separately.

Susan finds beauty in asymmetry and imperfection. Her home and studio are in a Civil War era farmhouse and barn that provide a daily dose of history and creative curiosity. Most of the materials that Susan uses for joeyfivecents are sourced from local flea markets and she thrives on that connection between history and the present.
